Since its founding in 1975, Financial Counseling, Inc. has been committed to serving clients and helping them achieve their financial goals through a strong and lasting relationship.  The team at FCI has been serving clients and working together for close to 30 years, with our average client tenure being 15 years. President and Investment Adviser, Stevan Vaughan began working for FCI in 1993, before becoming sole owner of the firm in 2005, following the retirement of his father Arvin Vaughan, who was the founder of FCI.  Our clients can be confident that as a firm we will always do what is in the client's best interest.

Financial Counseling, Inc. offers fee-only comprehensive and diversified financial services to a wide range of individual and corporate clients.  For more than 40 years FCI has been providing financial plans that are client-driven and client-focused.

What to expect

Fee-Only & Fiduciary

We are a fee-only firm, which means that we do not sell or receive compensation from any services or products that we may recommend.  This allows us to fully embody our role as a fiduciary, which legally binds us to act solely in the best interest of the client.
